When we asked Max Snyder, career bartender (who you might have seen around Buttonwoods Brewery or night time ) to collab on a Lopstail, we had no idea the cocktail journey we were about to take!

Meet The Silly Goat, a sweet and savory Lopstail inspired by harvest salads seen on many a seasonal menu. This Lopstail is made with our Apple Blossom Trail Hard Cider, sage simple syrup, a goat cheese and kefir infusion, and topped with a blood orange foam and a sprinkle of toasted pecans.

If goats aren't your style (or if you're sticking around for more than one), we will also have a refreshing Mango Hard Seltzer topped with a house made blueberry and lemon sorbet.

We'll be pouring from 4-8pm tonight.

Believe it or not we're coming up to the end of June, but that doesn't mean there's not a bunch of fun planned for you at Lops!

Mon 6/22: Open 4-8pm with our weekly industry night discount for all brewery, hospitality, and service industry workers plus our weekly Cribbage Night starting at 6pm

Tue 6/23: Open 4-8pm with a special Lopstail Collab with Maxwell Snyder, career bartender of Buttonwoods Brewery and night time (and more)!

Wed 6/24: Open 4-8pm with our monthly Book Club meeting at 7pm to discuss 'The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon' by Stephen King

Thurs 6/25: Open 4-8pm with our weekly A.B.V. (All Bring Vinyl) Night

Fri 6/26: Open 12-9pm with the release of our second Pride beer, Harmony Belgian Witbier

Sat 6/27: Open 12-9pm at the taproom, and we'll also be pouring at the the RI Brewers Guild Ocean State Brew Fest at Bristol Golf Park

Sun 6/28: Open extended hours at the taproom from 12-8pm to host Ted Bielecki for a night of music featuring the Ted Bielecki Quartet and more; at this event we will be collecting socks and underwear for those in need through the Mae Organization. As this is the last Sunday of the month, we will also have our Trails to Beers meeting at 12pm at Beaver tail State Park, followed by beers at Tower Hill Brewing.

To celebrate Woonsocket Pride🌈✨ today, we're bringing back ✨The Glow✨ for a Sunday special Lopstail! Made with our Peach Hard Seltzer, white cranberry strawberry juice, a squeeze of fresh lime, and (of course) edible glitter.

In addition to this, $1 from every beer, Lopstail, and non-alcoholic beverage sold today will go to Woonsocket Pride!

We'll be pouring in the taproom (with the AC blasting) from 12-6pm today.
