The Fractal Foodz crew has the week off from festivals, but we are still hard at work gearing up for our last busy run of the season before things slow down. We've got a full schedule, with 7 festivals (12 different booths setups!) in just 4 weeks ... and judging by these incredible lineups, we're going to have a blast! Excited to return to some of our favorite shows, and to experience a couple new additions 💃🎶😎

It's the last day of ShoeShang weekend -- one of the best weekends of the year, in our opinion, because we have the pleasure of slingin pie at two great festivals organized by two great bands: WookieFoot's Shangri-la AND Old Shoe's Shoe Fest! We call this weekend ShoeShang and here's a silly little poem Marina (one of our crew) wrote about it.

Fractal Foodz is a traveling food vending business that serves up delicious meals at music festivals across the country. We're looking for hard-working, energetic people to join our team for the last part of the season, with the potential to be full-time next year.

WHAT WE DO:
We bring mouthwatering food to music festivals across the country, offering delicious options like wood-fired pizza, loaded mac, and rice bowls. Our events span a wide range of genres: country, rock, indie, pop, hip-hop, jam, EDM, bluegrass—you name it.

WHAT WE NEED:
🟠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
🟠No experience needed: We're happy to train you on everything—except speed and the ability to work with urgency. If you can keep up in a fast-paced environment, we can teach you the rest!
🟠Adventurous attitude— must be able to rough it a little (think camping, long days, and unpredictable weather)
🟠Ability to stay positive and work well with others (we spend a lot of time together!)

COMPENSATION:
🔵$15/hour base plus tip share (guaranteed at least $20/hour total) for new hires
🔵If you’re brought on next season, your rate will go up to $17/hour base, with opportunities for raises based on performance.
