Eyster Harvesting

Eyster Harvesting Eyster Harvesting was started in 1958 by Melvin Eyster who retired in 2001. It was taken over in 2002 by Joe Wenger and his wife Lori Eyster Wenger.

We harvest primarily wheat but also barley, corn and other grains from May to October.
