What happens when we buy wayyy too many potatoes? Loaded Potato Soup! 😍

Packed with bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and of course, potatoes! This is my new go-to. Serve with a dollop of sour cream (and maybe some hot sauce if you like it spicy 🌶️)
