⚠️Announcement⚠️ The Next Chapter for Blue Barn Winery

Unfortunately, we’ve had a personal setback with a serious health issue, so Blue Barn will not be opening this season. This will allow us to focus on spending as much time together as a family as we may have left.

In addition, the winery/music venue will be for sale in the near future. The new owners will likely pick up exactly where we left off. Who knows, they may decide to take Blue Barn to the next level! We had big plans for this ourselves but were enjoying the popularity of our current level too much. We love running such a successful business, but love our family even more.

We would like to thank each and every one of you for your patronage and friendship over the years. We have amazing supporters! You represent the very best of our community and we consider ourselves blessed to have spent our weekends with you.

We would also like to thank our amazing staff – from the guys that greet you at the gate to the hard-working crew behind the counter.

And we can’t forget the wonderful musicians and bands that have graced us with their magical talent – a huge “Thank You” to you! So many of you have become personal life-long friends.

After the sale, we’ll still be involved for a time. Our plan is to mentor the new owners as much as they need. We’ll even keep making the wine until they get their legs under them! After the sale, we don’t plan on going far. Afterall, it’s hard to find a better place to live than Wayne County, Ohio.

And if we don’t sell? Then we’ll just continue living here at the winery until our time is up.

Until further notice, Blue Barn Winery will still make and sell wine. Our sales will be by on-site appointment and through local retail outlets. I doubt that we’ll rent the facility for private events, but you are welcome to call and check. (330-5.75-10.28)

One of the most difficult things to accept in life is when it’s time for the next chapter, but we know this is the right decision for the business and our family.

🍷🎶 Seasons End, but the Memories Stay! 🌟

NEW Pizza by the slice! 🍕😋

We get it. Not everyone feels like bringing their own goodies, so we've started offering pizza by the slice. This is an XL NY-style pepperoni slice for $8 each.

Fair warning, it is first come, first serve - we only have 75 slices to sell and ONLY on Saturday, so we do sometimes sell out....

We also still have our popular Boar's Head Cheese & Meat plate too or you can bring as much food as you like! An option for everyone. Bon appetit!

⭐📣After a few comments, we feel the need to address the elephant in the room. As some of you have noticed, our Saturday prices have increased this year. We fought it as long as we could...

Our prices haven't budged in more than 6 years...but just like everyone has felt the pain of costs going up, our costs have been skyrocketing too., We were stretched too thin and it wouldn't have made sense to continue keeping our doors open....so we made the tough call to raise Saturday's cover.

At $15-20 with a free adult beverage included, encouragement to bring your own food and 3 hours of entertainment - we still can't think of a more affordable evening out.

[Even a single fast food meal these days is running pretty close to that!]

We're very sorry to disappoint anyone, but hope our loyal customers understand the need to stay in business and we can't thank them/you enough for your continued support. 😍
