We’re swinging into the warmer months with a refreshing recipe that we hope inspires your inner mixologist to add a dash of vinegar to your summer cocktails and mocktails.

Say hello to the American Vinegar Works Arnold Palmer!

Gaining a bit of its familiar tartness along with enticing hoppy, floral notes from our IPA Beer Malt Vinegar, this recipe is sure to add a little punch to your next backyard gathering or relaxing afternoon on the porch.

To make one serving, combine 8 oz. chilled black tea, 0.5 oz. IPA Beer Malt Vinegar, 0.75 oz. simple syrup, and 0.25 oz. fresh lemon juice. Stir well and pour over ice when you're ready to enjoy. Garnish with a lemon slice or sprig of mint for an extra touch of freshness.

We love scaling this recipe up to batch size for easy sharing.

For those with a different kind of party in mind, we find that adding 2 oz. of vodka or whiskey creates the perfect balance for the serving size above.
