Meet Nan. She was an amazing goat and the farm bears her name. Nan came to the farm in 2017 in the back seat of my car. She was an underdog where she came from but wasted no time assuming the role of Farm Manager. Nan always wanted to know what was going on and insisted on having input into all farm decisions. She was into all kinds of mischief but her smile and twinkle in her eye made it hard to get mad at her. She knew when the old produce boxes arrived from the grocery store and discovered new ways of opening the back door to get at least he snacks. We all have special animals that leave a lasting impression on us.
