Philly Hawaiian Sliders 🤤🥩

This one needs added to your dinner rotation!

Our NY Strip Steaks are available already SHAVED, making meals like these ridiculously easy. 🙌

We cooked the shaved steak with peppers & onions, piled it high on Hawaiian rolls, added cheese, and turned it into one seriously good pan of Philly sliders.

Quick dinner. Minimal prep. And plenty of beef — because obviously. 😂

Today we’re celebrating all the dads — the ones behind the grill, around the dinner table, working long days, showing up for their families, and making memories over good meals.

We’re so thankful for our customers who choose to feed their families with meat raised right here on our farm. Your support means more than you know, and we’re grateful to be a small part of the meals and moments you share together.

Recovery week is apparently going exactly as expected. 🤣

Today I learned that ground beef cooks much faster when you actually turn the burner on. After standing there wondering why my ground beef was still completely raw, I realized the stove wasn’t even on. 🤦‍♀️🔥

In my defense, we’re coming off a busy week and trying to get everything ready for vacation. Between unpacking Girl Scout camp supplies, working on auction shipping, catching up on laundry, appointments, teeball and baseball games, making lists, and getting ready to hit the road, my brain may have already left on vacation. 🤪

So if anyone needs me this week, I’ll be over here attempting to recover, pack, and double-check that appliances are actually turned on. 😂
