Harvest is busy, but if you're looking for some fresh hops, we've got Chinook and Michigan Copper ready to harvest soon. They smell marvelous! Message us if you're interested in placing an order, and here's a few photos (random order!) of what's happening at the farm and in the Hop Shop!

Here we go!! Harvest starts tomorrow with the Cascades! They are our earliest variety and always ready at this time no matter what the weather or season has been like. Some of them are quite big! Notice how the cones just drip off the sidearms. The third photo shows our Michigan Copper which will be ready soon. They are loaded!

The hops are blooming and growing! Despite being trained up a coir (the coconut fiber string), other bines still grow everywhere they can. These climbing up the pole can only hand harvested. But they will be great to add to honey, soap or make a hop tea 😋

The hops are growing! We finished stringing (tying the coirs from the top cable) in May and got everything trained (hop bines around the coir.) Now we're watching them stretch to the top and fighting the weeds. It's crazy how fast both can grow!
