Practical Solutions for People, Teams & Organizations
After more than 23 years in healthcare, leadership, and operations, I've had the opportunity to lead teams, manage complex programs, develop staff, navigate organizational change, build processes, and work through the very real challenges that come with leading people.
Today, as an Executive Director, that experience continues to shape how I approach leadership: practical solutions, clear expectations, strong systems, and never losing sight of the people doing the work.
I'm excited to expand Autumn Blooms LLC to offer professional services to businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
Services include:
• Employee handbooks and policy development
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Staff in-service training
• Onboarding and training development
• Leadership and supervisor development
• Staff redevelopment and team engagement
• Workflow, communication, and accountability
• Motivational and professional speaking for conferences, retreats, staff events, and community events
I've worked with teams during growth, transition, burnout, staffing challenges, leadership changes, regulatory demands, and periods when the way things had always been done simply wasn't working anymore.
That experience taught me something important:
Good organizations don't need more paperwork. They need systems their people can actually use.
A handbook should clarify expectations.
An SOP should make someone's job easier.
Training should change what happens when employees return to work.
And a speaker should leave an audience with something worth carrying with them.
That's the standard I'm bringing to Autumn Blooms LLC.
These services are offered independently through Autumn Blooms LLC and are separate from my full-time professional responsibilities.
If your organization needs help strengthening its systems, developing or re-engaging its team, or you're looking for a speaker who brings real-world leadership experience to the room, I'd love to connect.
Send me a message and let's talk about what you need.
