Good morning
This is an unusual week and as some of you know I have started a new drug trial for my MS. We will be trying to keep up with our markets this week. Part of my trial is blood work for the first seven to 10 days. Yesterday was the drug itself so while I will be dealing with that the boys are keeping up with the markets the best they can.

The boys are at the Rehoboth Beach Farmers' Market today. Stop by and say hey, and have a great day.

We didnt to much of a garden this year but I'm still canning all I can. Where am I getting my produce. Well I get it direct from farmers I know. Here at the St. Michaels Farmers Market, Bret Coulbourne and Triangle Acres make sure I have what I need for my canning needs. If you need large quantities stop by and ask. My sweet potatoes were the best I have ever had and to reach for a jar this past winter was a real treat.

Why am I canning onions....well when time is short I can open a jar. Juice and all into the skillet add some mushrooms and boom a topping for almost anything.

Knowing where my food comes from is a priority for myself and my family.

We are very blessed for all our customers. The one thing that we bring to each and every farmers market is that if it is on our table you know it is from our farm. When we started going direct market with our products the idea was we get to watch each step from seed to harvest. To have total control of what happens from the beginning of each product, and its journey from our farm to our market table, and finally to our customers home.

We want to thank all our customers and want all to know how honored we are to serve from our farm store, market table and or home delivery.

Our A2A2 cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches is the best. This past rainy week has definitely been grilled cheese weather.

This Thursday we will be out. You can pre-order or stop by our booth at Kent Island Farmers' Market and Riverdale Park Farmers Market. Our A2A2 cheese is always a hit but remember we have eggs and beef as well. Prices are souring so we are trying to run specials to help you out. This week ground beef will our special.
