A Heartfelt Update from the Smokehouse ❤️
We want to take a moment to share some changes that will be happening at the smokehouse. These changes aren’t easy for us, but they’re necessary for our family and for the future of our little business.
Starting soon, we will be slowing things down and adjusting our hours. We will no longer be open on Fridays or Saturdays, and our opening time will move from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
We will also be closed Wednesday and Thursday this week, as well as Thursday the 3rd.

And, as we move forward, you may see us close on additional days when we need to. The truth is, when you own a small business, there are things that simply don’t run the same without you there. No one cares for your business quite like you do, and being such a small operation means one of us needs to be here for things to function.
But we also have families. ❤️
We’ve realized that we need to make more room to be present for our children, spend time at home, and prioritize the people who matter most. This isn’t us giving up—it’s us trying to find a healthier balance while continuing to serve the customers who have supported us.
We are incredibly grateful for your patience, understanding, and grace as we navigate these changes. We know adjustments can be inconvenient, and we truly don’t take your loyalty for granted.
