Things are getting pretty cool around here. 😎❄️🥩

The freezer and cooler systems are going in at Laveau Butcher Co., and this is one milestone we’ve been chilling to see happen.

Opening a butcher shop requires a whole lot more than good meat and sharp knives. 🐄🐖🔪

There are a lot of pieces behind the scenes that go into building a butcher shop—and this is definitely one of the big ones!

Not a bad start for a butcher shop that hasn’t even opened its doors yet. 😉

What an incredible day celebrating this amazing community! Thank you to everyone who cheered us on, waved, and supported Laveau Butcher Co. Seeing so many smiling faces reminds us why we’re working so hard to bring locally raised, quality meats to our hometown. We had an absolute blast bringing our hay bale pig and cow to life!

The red siding is going on, and this building is finally starting to look like the Laveau Butcher Co. we’ve been dreaming about.

Teamwork makes the dream work. That couldn’t be more true for Laveau Butcher Co.

Today was another reminder that dreams don’t become reality alone. Every board lifted, every truss set, and every milestone reached is because of the amazing people willing to lend their time, talents, and support. We are beyond grateful for everyone helping bring Laveau Butcher Co. to life.

Progress is happening fast at Laveau Butcher Co.!

The trusses are up, and it’s incredible to see the building taking shape. What started as an empty piece of ground is quickly becoming a place where we’ll proudly serve our community with quality meats and exceptional service.

The progress at Laveau Butcher Co. keeps rolling!

It’s exciting to see another major phase of construction checked off the list as our future facility continues to take shape. Every step brings us closer to opening our doors and serving our local farming, hunting, and community families.

Next up: FRAMING! 🔨

We can’t wait to see the building start going vertical and really bring the vision to life. Thank you to everyone following along and supporting us throughout this journey.

Big things are happening. 🛠️

We officially kicked off the building process and it’s exciting to finally see the vision starting to come to life. Forms are being set and we’ve already completed a couple of the slabs for the freezer and holding pens.

A lot of planning, hard work, and support from the community has gone into getting to this point, and we’re grateful for every step along the way. We can’t wait to continue sharing the progress as this future space starts taking shape.

This is just the beginning. 🔥
