GROW Market & Studio is bringing you mason jar soups and salads. Only pre-orders will be taken until Friday, November 10th. Orders can be picked up the following Friday, November 17th, at the Evolve Holiday Market from 3:30-5:30.
Mason jars are $15 each, buy four and receive a GROW insulated bag, fits four bags perfectly. Please indicate the number of jars of each you wish to order below.
This year we are offering the following:
Winter Minestrone Soup - Cancer Fighting Recipe- olive oil, garlic, onion, carrots, celery, sage, thyme, bay leaf, barley, cabbage, parsley, parmesan, vegetable stock, cannellini beans, salt and pepper.
Citrus Quinoa Salad- Vegetarian with full protein- romaine lettuce, spring mix, fresh squeezed orange juice, water, salt, quinoa, dried apricots, dried dates, red wine vinegar, cucumber, green onions, pistachios, fresh mint, fresh lemon juice, EVOO.
Chicken Tortilla Soup - contains chicken bone broth, chicken, tomatoes, black beans, corn, onion, jalapeno, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, cumin, chili powder, lime, cilantro (small amount pureed in food processor with tomatoes), salt, served with homemade corn tortilla strips
Grilled Chicken Salad w/Honey Mustard Dressing - Returning Favorite- contains romaine lettuce, whole grain brown rice, grilled chicken, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, uncured turkey bacon; Dressing contains extra virgin olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes.
