Buckwheat Blossom Bochet is a mead made from caramalized buckwheat honey. Rich, with notes of chocolate and coffee, but only pure honey in this semi-sweet mead.

We made an extra big batch of the butternut to bring with us for your enjoyment that should be ready right on time. (Still surprised at how quickly that first batch disappeared, thank you to everyone who stopped in to enjoy one with us while it lasted!)

This Butternut Brown Sugar Mead we just made came out ridiculous. You should probably come get one.

Forget the pumpkin. Everybody does pumpkin. Butternut is the new sweet gourd of the gods for this season. We baked ours fresh to caramelize that sweet goodness right here at the meadery. Fresh local produce from RAYS Produce and Flowers at Roots Market.

It really doesn't get better than the butternut.
