Well, I’m just now getting around to making this post—it’s definitely been a busy week.

To say we proud of this girl would be a complete understatement.

Jae’Lee (the oldest showman of SAW) did something truly amazing. She showed at OYE for the very first time, which is the world’s largest junior livestock show. That alone is a huge accomplishment, but she took it even further—she made it to the hill (the big ring).

While she didn’t place in the top 10 of her class, making it to the hill at OYE is something many exhibitors chase for 10+ years and never get the chance to do.

What made me even prouder was her attitude. When she didn’t make the top 10, I expected her to be upset or disappointed. Instead, she walked out of that ring smiling from ear to ear saying, “That was awesome. I can’t wait to come back next year.”

That right there shows her character. Hard work, dedication, and humility go a long way.

Jaelee Marie, we incredibly proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you.
