We’ve been busy in the kitchen, and the grab-and-go cooler is LOADED with fresh house-made goodness right now:

And the kimchi production continues! We’re making another fresh batch of radish kimchi this afternoon, followed by Napa cabbage kimchi on Monday. If you’ve been waiting for either one, they’re coming!

A lot of these are built around the produce coming through the market right now. Grab a dressing, salad, pickle, or fermented side and make putting together dinner this weekend a whole lot easier.

Wylie Urban Farm & Market is stocked up for the weekend with some of the best regionally sourced food around.

The coolers and freezers are packed with pasture-raised meats, local eggs, fresh milk, Texas cheeses, market-made sides, kimchi, prepared foods, tamales, fresh produce and more. The pantry is loaded too with pasta, beans, grains, sauces, seasonings and all kinds of locally and regionally made goods.

We’re excited to welcome Bitty & Beau’s Coffee to Wylie Urban Farm & Market today!

Their beautiful coffee trailer is set up outside the market from 10 AM–2 PM, serving up espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, matcha, chai, cold brew, iced drinks and more. They’ve also got Strawberry Lemonade and Watermelon Lime Cruiser Coolers for something cold and refreshing. 🍓🍉

RG Candy is set up at Wylie Urban Farm & Market today from 10 AM–2 PM with a seriously fun spread of handmade, small-batch candy!

They’re bringing old-fashioned candy made from vintage-inspired recipes, including Mom’s Famous Salted Caramels, peanut brittle, pecan brittle, cashew brittle, walnut brittle, butter toffee, pecan toffee, almond toffee, butterscotch, handmade suckers, cocktail-inspired suckers and more.

This is the kind of old-school candy you don’t see very often anymore—handmade in small batches with simple ingredients and a whole lot of nostalgia.

Come meet the maker, sample something sweet, grab a bag for yourself, and take a few home for later. 🍬

We’re loading up the market this morning with some absolutely beautiful produce sourced by Sobrino Farms & Produce!

As some of the extreme weather across the country finally starts to subside, we’re seeing more of the best foods of the season rolling into the market, and this haul is a good one!
