We had a blast on Saturday providing wedding catering at Countryside Event Center! Serving 124 guests to a crowd favorite with a BBQ twist.

There is nothing quite like a custom Mac & Cheese Bar to get wedding guests excited!
We brought the flavor with our creamy, homemade Mac and a full spread of premium "crowns" and toppings:

🔥 Slow-Smoked Shredded Brisket – Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.
🍗 Seasoned shredded Chicken – Lean, savory, and the perfect pairing.

Guests customized their plates with:
✅ Broccoli, bacon bits, & green onions
✅ Panko & shredded pepper jack cheese
✅ Cholula, BBQ sauce, & Ranch

From the first scoop to the last bite, it was all about giving the happy couple and their guests a meal they’ll actually remember!

We provided wedding catering at Countryside Event Center this weekend! Our team was on-site early to ensure the food stayed hot and the service was seamless for 150 guests. We served Pulled Chicken sandwiches and Tri Tip Beef, with sides of mashed potatoes, Mac & Cheese, a dinner roll and a side salad. The drinks of choice were Tea and Water.
