Working on restocking my retail this week!!
I have some new flavors I'm trying.
STICKS: Spicy Dill Pickle, & Apple Cinnamon Cheddar.
BRATS: Ranch, Dill Pickle, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Reuben w/ Kraut, & Badger (carmelized onion, peppers, & beer).

I have 2 extra small meat and cheese trays I will be dropping off at the Black Pelican tonight, they are $50 each and you can pay for them there. I also have a gallon of oysters broken down into quarts I will leave there as well - $40/quart. I will be around tomorrow but over at the Black Pelican for our Xmas Eve party.
It was a great week and I appreciate all the orders.

Anyone who would like oysters by the 20th, I need to know by this Friday (12th), those wanting them on the 23rd I need to know by the 18th. Same for meat and cheese trays. Hope to be fully stocked up by Monday next week!

WE ARE BACK!! I will be in the shop next week to try and get some products stocked back up for Christmas Rush!!

I will have herring, creamy cajun, creamy dill, and regular creamy available this year. Smoked Salmon, Tiger Meat, Braunschweiger, along with all our Ring Sausage, Brats, Sticks and Summer Sausage.

Meat and Cheese Trays will be available again this year for Christmas and New Years. Smalls $50, Large $80

I will be ordering oysters next week as well but will get prices on Monday. I'll also have a good selection of steaks, burger, and seafood selections in shop.

Deer Processing will be pushed back until after the first of the year as I need to get some retail started first.

I have 7 fresh cut today Ribeyes. Average just over 1 # each for $18/ #. I'm here until 5 and from 10-5 tomorrow.
