Last week, we put in some serious miles across North Carolina looking at Progeny corn plots. The heat was tough, the days were long, and there was plenty of road time—but it was all worth it to see our products in the field.

We saw some great-looking plots with the potential for some impressive yields. We also saw areas that were hurt by the dry weather earlier in the season and will likely struggle at harvest.

Now, we’re anxious to see the combines roll and find out what these plots can really do. What we see in the field will be measured at harvest.
