39°F at 7 AM on the farm today! While the air temperature is above freezing, the ground had other plans - radiative cooling turned our field into a frosted wonderland. The grass is heavily frosted, but curiously the plants and flowers look untouched. Just a select few of our remaining zinnias look like they were hand-painted in ice crystals.

It's a bittersweet kind of beauty, but a clear sign that our growing season is officially wrapping up.

SOLD OUT! You are all amazing! Thank you for supporting the 5 for 5 Challenge!

Surprise! The flower stand is OPEN today!

The first frost took a toll on many of our flowers, but the dahlias held their own and are looking beautiful! We’re taking advantage of these hardy blooms to restock the stand and share a little happiness with our community.

Even better? Every sale this weekend will be donated to the 5 for 5 Challenge benefiting the Autism Nature Trail at Letchworth State Park! You can find a link with more information about the challenge in the comments.

So stop by, pick up a beautiful bunch of dahlias, and help us support a wonderful cause. Fresh flowers, happy hearts, and a great reason to stop by!

We’re honored to donate flowers to Oak Orchard Health’s Women’s Breast Health Awareness Event tomorrow!

This cause is near and dear to our hearts, as Peg is a breast cancer survivor. We know firsthand that early detection saves lives and we’re proud to support an event that empowers women to prioritize their health and well-being.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

Onsite mammograms
Community resources
One-hour Q&A with a provider
Refreshments
A beautiful flower bar

Walk-ins are welcome with a provider’s prescription!

Ladies, this is your reminder to put your health first! Make time for your breast health, spread the word to the women you love and join Oak Orchard Health for this important event. Early detection can make all the difference!

CLOSED FOR THE SEASON!

Millie popped into the stand today to share the news that we are officially closed for the 2026 season!

It’s always a little bittersweet to reach the end of another season, but what a beautiful one it has been! From the flowers that filled the fields to the memories made along the way, 2026 brought so much joy to our little farm.

Whether you joined us for an event in the flowers, wandered through the You-Pick field, or stopped by the stand, we’re so grateful you chose to spend a little of your summer with us. It means more than you know to be a small part of your summer traditions and memories.

Thank you for another wonderful season and we can't wait to see you next year!

Did you get that first frost? We did!

And that means it’s the final day for our flower stand for the 2026 season!

We harvested yesterday so the stand is stocked with mixed bunches, eucalyptus, and sunflowers.

So come on by, grab a bunch (or two!), and enjoy the last flowers of the 2026 season.

The flower stand is OPEN today!

If you missed your chance to make it to the farm this weekend for your last bunch of the season, never fear! The flowers (and Millie 😂) aren’t quite ready to say goodbye yet!

The sunflowers and dahlias are still going strong, so we’re keeping the season going with a special extra day at the stand. We’ll have mixed bunches, eucalyptus, and a Buy One Get One Free special on sunflower bunches.
