Hi friends — it’s been a while!
Life on Sycamore Tree Farm has been full of kids’ milestones, muddy boots, new animals, early-morning chores, and late-night creative sparks… and somewhere along the way, a year slipped by without a post.

But today, I’m excited to share something beautiful that’s been growing quietly behind the scenes.
✨ Introducing Sycamore & Sage — my newly refreshed creative shop featuring crushed-glass art, barn quilts, resin pieces, handmade gifts, and all the things inspired by our little 50-acre life here in Rural Retreat.

I’ve breathed new life into the website, added brand-new photos, and organized everything so you can explore all the handcrafted pieces in one cozy place.

Thank you for sticking with us through our quiet season. I’m excited to be back and can’t wait to share everything blooming around the farm and studio again. 💛

Sycamore & Sage offers a unique collection of crushed glass and resin decor, meticulously handcrafted to bring color, texture, and light into your home. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation inspired by the beauty nature.

Today we did a mite check on the bees. All is good!
Because our hives are new this year we will not harvest any honey. Leaving it all for them. This ensures they have enough to survive winter. We will start harvesting honey next year.
Can you spot the Queen?
