A huge thank you to Judy Bevaart of Blossom-Thyme Dairy Gosts for hosting another wonderful Linear Appraisal session!
It’s been a challenging year with personal injuries and setbacks, so this was our only outing with the goats this season and the first time I was ever just a spectator.
It wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of our friends Mandy, Marion, Alizée, Marcos, Adele, Judy and my better half, Joey who made this all possible. I’m so grateful for each of you. ❤️
To help keep our workload manageable, we sold many of our mature does this spring and kept our herd smaller this year.
I couldn’t be more proud of how our girls performed—especially our first fresheners! Our appraiser was professional, thorough, and took the time to provide valuable explanations and feedback throughout the day. Official results coming soon!
