We got a fun new feature on our website:

I 👏 WANT 👏 WAGYU!

(Preferably all summer)

So, I got a sign-up list going on the website right now. When the list fills up, I order Wagyu. You get what you reserve. Only those with reservations get Wagyu. Pretty simple, right?

Now... let me tell you about this Wagyu! Right now we have the option to get Wagyu from a few ranches in the PNW. The closest, freshest Wagyu you can get. I will trim and dry-aged all steaks in-house, and it will be packaged fresh and unfrozen.

For starters, I am offering reservations for A1 and A5 Wagyu Ribeye Steaks and Rib Roasts. I will continue to add more options if it's something people want.
