Heads up! Our Yakima taproom is CLOSED today for Yakima Chief Hops Hop & Brew School. We are happy as can be back here in production on day 2 of filling the kettle with fresh hops - first draft only release is this Friday: Fresh Hop Bottom Cutter IIPA! It’s the HOPPIEST time of year 🥳

BEEP BEEP! We’re stoked to officially be rolling in the BEST time of the year, and we’re even more stoked to start giving you pints of fresh hop beers! Our first release this Friday will be....FRESH HOP BOTTOMCUTTER IIPA!!! This will be a very limited draft-only release, so come try a pint while it’s fresh and available. We also have a LOT going on here at our Yakima taproom over the next few weeks, so make your plans according to the fun listed below!

The hop fields are lush, the skies are blue, and we are READY to sip on some FRESH HOP BEERS! This weekend, our family hop farm Loftus Ranches will kick off their 95th hop harvest and we will jump into our 14th fresh hop beer season as a brewery. Bring it on harvest 2026! 🍻

Over the last few days, we had the great privilege of hosting Craft Beer & Brewing 2026 Brewer’s Retreat. This is a yearly gathering of big time beer and brewing gurus from all over the world. Three days of beer discussions, brewing, tasting, and learning with the best of the world’s professional and home brewers. We set up five 15-gallon Ruby Street Brewing systems on our patio for a crew of 85 to make a Fresh Hop IPA and Contemporary American Pilsner. Being asked to host this year’s Brewer’s Retreat at our brewery was such an honor - we were so proud to show off our little slice of hop country here in Yakima, Washington.

We are SO HYPED for fresh hop beer season, here’s what you have to look forward to: 12+ draft only fresh hop brews PLUS these 16oz limited release options. Fresh Hop Topcutter IPA is dropping Friday, September 12th, and Green Rush Fresh Hop IPA (collab with Russianriverbrewingofficial) + Citra Slicker Wet Hop IPA (collab with Cloudburst Brewing) are BOTH dropping the last two weeks of September.

PREPARE to come try our fresh hop brews and hang in the middle of the action all harvest long at our Yakima taproom, open EVERY DAY at 12pm starting Monday 9/7 - Sunday 9/27.
