C Roy Processing We are a USDA, family owned and operated, certified organic processing plant. We process beef, pork and lamb. We also make our famous Michigan made Yale Bologna.

We have been in business since 1924. C. Roy inc. Is a family owned and operated meat packing company that has been providing professional processing and butchering services since 1924. The company was originally known as C. Roy & Sons, as Cecil Roy and his three sons owned and operated the business.
