“This estate wine is a study in black, starting with its aroma of blackberry tea, dark plums, dark chocolate, and a bit of fresh-turned garden soil.

Let’s Dance!

We’re ready for the weekend with TWO after hour opportunities!

Our second FAIRSING FRIDAY of the season is tomorrow, July 17th.

Join us after hours with a picnic and soak up summer vineyard vibes 4-8 pm. Reservation link is in bio.

Saturday, July 18th brings our CEILI with community, Irish dance, and traditional music.

Join us for fabulous views, good fun, and bottle service until 7:30 pm.

Ceili tickets are $15 per person with children under 12 free of charge.

Picnics are welcome and sun hats, extra lawn chairs, and comfortable footwear encouraged (no heels).

We’re just two weeks from our Sparkling Showcase with special guests, Irvine & Roberts Vineyards, sharing their incredible sparkling wines in our Fairsing tasting room on Sunday, July 26.

As part of Method Oregon's “Choose Your Own Adventure” Sunday, Fairsing is pleased to host Irvine & Roberts Vineyards out of Ashland, Oregon.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to savor offerings from two traditional method sparkling wine producers in one incredible setting.

The Sparkling Showcase includes a flight of select sparklers from both Fairsing and Irvine & Roberts, complemented by savory offerings (think crispy smashed potatoes with fried shallots, or chimichurri, and more).
