We were reminiscing of the $3000 pretzel auctioned off back on the farm a few years back; so we whipped up a new one Farm House style.
Meet the CHARCUTZEL:
🥨Giant Pretzel dressed with charcuterie and our ground mustard cheese dip.
Pairs very well with our house fav beer, West Side Park IPA 🍻

First Weekend of October and we are feeling a little Festive after a very busy September!
Octoberfest hits the menu as today as we bring out some faves from the farm.
🍺 Kegs & Eggs: Huge Cheddar Bacon Tater Tots, 2 Eggs any style, and our fresh spring green salad. Served with a roasted chile sour cream for dipping!
🍻Our Famous Chicken Schnitzel on a pretzel bun with Dijonaise and spring greens, Served with yummy spicy dill chips!
☕October Drink: Candied Pecan Frappe: Sweet and creamy frappe with our famous in house candied pecans!

For the past 10 years we have harvested South Dakota's finest hops. It has been an epic journey building and discovering hops in SD. We started this farm to create a unique family farm experience. To grow our food business, Counterfeit Catering and keep a life of flavor. Counterfeit is busy as ever serving our private schools, businesses and the Yankton community with the best catering experiences. Farm House Food Co. has spawned from our experience with our venue and our great to-go meals and vending. We added brunch and coffee this year as it continues to create the unique dining experience in Yankton.
This is the new chapter in our life and when we look at how much time is invested in all our areas we find ourselves without the time to dedicate to the hop farm venue. So we have chosen to move on from the farm and let it become another's opportunity. With heavy heart this is our last harvest here, but would be excited to see what others may dream of it.
