Path of Time, a 7% British stout. Conditioned on roasted cacao. High mash temp, long boil, and lactose resulted in a full bodied and creamy beer. Chocolate, coffee, and caramel notes.

FLN. Latest triple neipa Exploring Another Reality. Malted oats made this one smooth. Whirlpool hops of azacca, citra, and nelson. Then double dry hopped with bru-1, citra, nelson. 9.8%. Tropical fruit 🍍 🍊🍑👊🏻

Latest stout Duilleagan is a decadent pastry stout. It was conditioned on an absurd amount of toasted Peruvian cacao and Madagascar vanilla beans soaked in coconut water. Flavors of fudge brownies, vanilla icing, coconut, and a hint of molasses. 8.25% abv.

May You Have Warm Words, a 10% TIPA with galaxy and nelson. Notes of white grapes, pineapple, and orange rinds.

Brewed a Triple Neipa today. Calling this one May You Have Warm Words. Hot side and cold side additions of galaxy and nelson. Will get DDH additions with the same two. Gonna finish at 10% abv.

Enjoying some of my latest stout by the fire since it’s 59 up here. Morrigu was brewed with British malts, lactose, boiled for five hours, and conditioned on top of toasted cacao and toasted coconut. 8.5%. Rich and creamy with notes of an Almond Joy bar. Cheers

My latest neipa, From the Edge of the Deep Hazy Sea, is fully attenuated. This one got the normal base of pale two row, but I substituted in white wheat instead of flaked wheat. Flaked oats and carapils finished off the grain bill. It was mashed at a lower temp (152) than I normally do for neipas which will result in a slightly drier beer. It got the whirlpool treatment of citra, mandarin Bavaria, mosaic, and nelson, and double dry hopped with citra, mandarin Bavaria, and nelson. Fruity, juicy, and dank it finished at 7.5% abv. Going into the keg in four days 🍍🍊🌴

A Yankee Down Under, 7.4% triple dry hopped neipa with citra 🇺🇸, galaxy 🇦🇺, moutere 🇳🇿, and rakau🇳🇿 🍍 🍊 🏝

Another brew day in the books. Calling my latest Neipa A Yankee Down Under. This has my usual grain bill, but this one was smashed with Citra, Galaxy, Moutere, Nelson, and Rakau hops (one US hop-the rest from down under 😉) and is gonna get triple dry hopped with the same hops. 7% abv 🍊🍑🍍
