It's good to be alive. It's quite exciting! Say hello to Sunshine Through the Rain, a koji rice lager crafted by Chris for the Brewers Series. Made in collaboration with our family friends at Hoshi Ramen.

Delicate layers of flavors unfold in this complex yet restrained twist on a Japanese rice lager, featuring bright aromas of lemon zest, floral lilac, and fresh green grass. Koji-inoculated steamed rice contributes a gentle, umami-forward sweetness followed by mild, earthy hop bitterness, easing perfectly into a light, crisp finish.
