What is Sea Moss Gel? Derived from red algae like Chondrus crispus (Irish moss) or Gracilaria found along Atlantic and Caribbean coasts. Potential Benefits Nutrient Rich: Contains trace minerals and vitamins including iodine, potassium, calcium, and zinc.
