Harvested the last of the tomatoes today. (with the exception of my Siberian’s. They are still going strong) If you still need some I have about 33 pounds available.

I’ve been having so much fun experimenting with the gourds we grew last year and seeing what I can create! My latest projects include this cute Halloween-inspired gourd lamp, along with other unique designs for every season and style.

Meet my friendly little ghost and his smiling jack-o’-lantern! Each gourd has its own personality, and I love bringing these playful ideas to life.

I’m still learning, experimenting, and letting my creativity run wild. If you have an idea you would like to see in a lamp let me know. I would love to make one for you.

I’m also figuring out pricing for these handmade creations. If you’re interested in one, send me a message! I’d love to hear what you think would be a fair price based on the time, materials, and creativity that go into each piece.

We spent the whole day harvesting pumpkins, and WOW—we have lots to choose from! Come find your perfect pumpkin. We will be open for the rest of the week from 10-6

Good morning My Mother’s Garden Family! The farm will be open today (Tuesday 10/06) from 9:30-6:00. We still have lots of tomatoes, beets, lemon cucumbers, fresh basil and kale (cut fresh when you get here), pumpkins, butternut squash, acorn squash, Georgia candy roaster squash, Serrano, and bell peppers. We also have our honey, homemade blended teas, and baking extracts.

If you’re interested in house plans, we do have a few house plants left, along with white sage, perennial herbs and Western Red cedars.

Banana Tree Update!

So many of you have asked about our banana trees and whether or not we actually get bananas on them… and we finally have some exciting news!

WE HAVE A FLOWER! 🎉🍌

That’s right — our banana trees are officially getting ready to do their thing! Now we’re keeping our fingers crossed that Mother Nature gives us enough warmth over the next three months to let those little bananas develop and ripen in the greenhouse.

It’s definitely an experiment, but we’re pretty excited to see what happens!

Stay tuned… hopefully there will be bananas in our future!

As another farmers market season comes to a close, we just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

To every customer who stopped by our booth, filled a basket, bought a tomato, took home some honey, shared a kind word, or simply came by to say hello — you helped make this season so special.

Farming is a lot of early mornings, muddy boots, long days, unpredictable weather, and plenty of hard work. But getting to share what we grow with all of you makes it worth every minute.

We are so grateful for the wonderful community that continues to support our little family farm. Thank you for choosing local, supporting farmers, and letting us be a small part of your tables and your lives.

We will have a few farm days left for this season so keep an eye out here for what is available but for the most part; Until next season, may your gardens keep growing, your kitchens stay full, and your memories of summer be sweet. 🌱

Well, Mother Nature decided to make harvest day interesting today. 💨🌬️🌧️
Despite being drenched and windblown we got everything ready for our final Farmers Market of the season with beautiful heirloom tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, a variety of different squashes, and yes STRWBERRIES!

We will also have all of our Raw Honey, teas, and dried spices including our unique blend of hot chili powder.

We can’t wait to see you all tomorrow at the Yelm Famrers Market from 10-3.
