Home made pizza dough!!!! Any interest?
It can be frozen for about a month(probably longer but sooner is better) just thaw it in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours on the counter then shape, add any toppings you would like (perhaps you would even like to twist them into bread sticks or make a calzone!) and bake.

Ingredients are unbleached hard spring wheat bread flour (king arthur), olive oil (real olive oil - california olive ranch) yeast (saf) Sea salt and water.

Contains 2% or less of: Vital Wheat Gluten, Leavening (glucono delta-lactone, baking soda), Salt, Mono and Diglycerides, Xanthan Gum.*Adds A Trivial Amount Of Trans Fat
