What a week it was.

From orders and deliveries to meeting so many wonderful customers at our events, we’re incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to support our veteran-owned small business.

Every cinnamon roll, scone, bread pudding, dozen eggs, and baking mix purchased helps us continue doing what we love while supporting Texas farms and local agriculture.

Thank you for believing in our dream.

Now we’re headed into another busy week of baking as we prepare for the 98th Annual Tom-Tom Festival in Yoakum this Friday and Saturday. 🍅

At Wildflour Scones & Bakery, everything is scratch-made in small batches using family recipes and ingredients from our farm and other Texas farms.

Tentative Tea Party information. Cost will be based on number of people to cover snacks! We'll have multiple teas, and mini scones.

Currently planned for 5pm Friday the 26. This will be a casual team where we can sit around and have fun, vent, anything!

The after 5 is adult only, but if we get enough interest from moms or younger people we can do another family friendly one. Space is limited because of the size of the room. Message me if you're interested and I'll put you on the list and reach out with final costs! (My goal is to keep costs around $10)

One trip to the farmers market later… 👀

Yesterday was spent making deliveries, visiting the farmers market, and supporting fellow Texas farmers and small businesses.

As a baker, some of the best inspiration starts long before the mixing bowl. Fresh ingredients, local products, and a community of hardworking farmers and makers are what make markets so special.

🧄🧀 NEW Garlic Cheddar Rolls! 🧀🧄

We love savory bakes, and many of you have asked for meat-filled scones. Unfortunately, Texas Cottage Food Law does NOT allow cottage bakers to sell products containing meat.

So we created something deliciously savory instead.

Our new Garlic Cheddar Rolls are packed with real cheddar from Stryk Jersey Farm, garlic, and fresh herbs, then baked until golden brown and irresistible.

No market for us this weekend, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get out and support your local farmers, ranchers, bakers, and makers.

Every purchase at a farmers market helps keep small family businesses going and supports the people working hard behind the scenes to bring you fresh food and handmade products.

While we’re not at a market today, we’re busy delivering orders and getting ready for next weekend’s events. Thank you to everyone who continues to support our small business.
