Two fall b**rs. Two totally different vibes. One stop at Simple Motive.

• Oktoberfest — 5.2% ABV
Rich malt, dry caramel, medium toast, biscuit & a crisp finish. A classic fall pour made for sweater weather.

• Furst Born — 5% ABV
A collab with Miles Ale Works featuring lightly toasted bread, biscuit & a crisp, clean finish. First in name, first in your heart.

Which one are you grabbing first?

📍 Come taste both at Simple Motive Brewing Co.

It’s October… you know we had to serve up something spooky 🍺

Meet Horseless Gourdsman — our pumpkin spiced ale brewed in collaboration with Horsefeathers in Tarrytown.

As a small local business without giant billboards, we hear "I had no idea you guys were here!" all the time. But once you discover us, you realize this space is so much more than just a place to grab a b**r. With a full liquor license for non-b**r drinkers, live music, and community events, we built this taproom as a local hub for friends and family to hang out and enjoy a little bit of everything.

📍 Find us at: 222 Lake Ave, Suite 1B, Yonkers, NY 10701
