I had extra batter.
I had bananas on the counter.
So now we have double-stacked banana Basque cheesecake.

Burnt top. No crust.
Soft in the middle, rich all the way through, and honestly… dangerous.

This is the kind of dessert you cut “just a sliver” of
and then suddenly the plate is empty.
