I have to tell you guys something that was kinda a big deal. I took the day off yesterday 🥳🥳 It feels like it’s been a month and a half since a real day off and boy was it GLORIOUS! I mowed the yard, pulled weeds and prepped an area for my home garden this year, went out to dinner, and went shopping at my favorite store…Lowe’s lol
I feel like us small business owners sometimes give all the attention to how stinkin hard we work, but what we really need is to celebrate taking a day off now and then.
The other thought I’ve had rolling around in my head lately is how lucky I am to get to do this job. If I won the lottery today, I would still be doing the exact same thing. Sure, I’d make some farm upgrades but there’s literally nothing else I would rather do.
