Finished this gate and gate operator installation today. A nice 14 ft aluminum gate with a Ghost Controls operator. Install included vehicle detection, keypad, remotes, solar charging with a large deep cycle battery, heavy duty gate operator, automatic gate lock and 8 ft of fencing on each side of gate. We are an authorized Ghost Controls installing dealer.

I had cleared some of this land in July ‘23 with the forestry mulching attachment so the client could get in and decide where to put their future house. Today I was back spraying with a herbicide to kill regrowth. You can see how fast brush and trees start reestablishing. I used a herbicide effective on woody plants and broadleaf weeds. This will take care of most of the seedlings, weeds and briars but not kill the grass to control erosion.

Cleared brush, trees and vines so Shumate Builders can get to this old farm house and give it a second life.
