HELP - WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD FOLKS TO COME WORK WITH US THIS SEASON. Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and personable individuals to join our team for the summer season. Positions include Servers, Counter Staff, Bussers, and Hosts. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in the food service industry, build customer service skills, and work in a fun, fast‑paced environment.

Prior restaurant experience is helpful, but we welcome applicants who are eager to learn. All positions are paid and offer hands‑on experience in a dynamic, guest‑focused setting.

Duties
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests

Operate POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for order entry and cash handling

Assist with basic food preparation and maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Bus tables, clear dishes, and maintain a clean dining area

Greet guests, manage seating, and monitor wait times as a Host

Upsell menu items and enhance the guest experience

Handle cash transactions accurately

Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Experience
Preferred but not required:

Previous experience in food service, quick service, or retail

Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros)

Basic math skills and comfort with cash handling

Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Experience in a café, grocery, or fast‑paced customer‑service environment

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting

Thank you to everyone who came out for the October 19th Fundraiser Breakfast at Molly O's. We are happy to report that we raised $3,044.00 for the YCSA York Community Service Association fuel assistance program again this year.
