It’s been a while!! The fall weather has got me back to baking a bit again. I am going to start on a much smaller scale and will be posting on my personal Facebook for sales instead of here (trying to keep it to friends and family!). You can friend me there if we aren’t friends already, or message me if you’d like to be notified when I’m baking. 😊

Just wanted to make it official here- I am going to be taking a break from selling my baked goods for the summer! Just want some more time to spend with my family (and of course baking more for us 😆).

In the mean time, I’m experimenting with freshly milled flour a LOT and really loving it + the health benefits! Hopefully some day I’ll be able to sell some of these goodies as well. Stay tuned😊

This weeks experiments were sourdough brioche buns (a mixture of hard white wheat, hard red wheat & kamut) for grilled burgers, cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting (made with hard white wheat and kamut) and blueberry scones with a yummy blueberry glaze (made with soft white wheat and spelt).

Something new is on its way!! Organic 100% whole wheat sourdough sandwich bread. 😍 The health benefits will astound you.

Made from fresh milled organic hard red wheat berries, this bread boasts 6 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber per slice. Along with that, it is packed with many vitamins including iron, vitamin B and magnesium.

Have a gluten sensitivity? You may just have a processed flour sensitivity.

Ingredients: Organic hard red wheat flour, water, sourdough starter, salt.

Also a note- I have had to increase my inclusion loaf prices by $1. Sorry about that.😢 I like to try to keep my prices low but prices of most inclusion items have made that hard.
