We have everything you need to make a delicious summer RATATOUILLE! Grab your fresh tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, onions, garlic, and herbs right from the farm.

🍅 EASY FARM-FRESH RATATOUILLE
• 2–3 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 eggplant, diced
• 2 zucchini, sliced
• 1–2 peppers, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• Fresh basil or other herbs
• Olive oil, salt & pepper

Sauté the onion, peppers, and garlic in olive oil. Add the eggplant and zucchini and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Finish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
