🍔🔥 Benny’s Firecracker Burger 🔥🍔

Juicy beef. Melted pepper jack. Fresh jalapeños.
And that spicy Benny’s mayo that sneaks up on you after the first bite 😈🌶

If you’re tired of boring burgers… this one brings the heat.

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• Salt & pepper
• Pepper jack cheese
• Sliced jalapeños
• 1–2 tbsp Benny’s Hot Sauce mixed into mayo

Instructions:
Form patties, season with salt & pepper, and grill to your liking.
Top with pepper jack and jalapeños.
Spread spicy Benny’s mayo on the bun.
Assemble and enjoy the burn.

🔥Benny’s Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers🌶️

Ingredients
• 10 fresh jalapeños
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack
• 2–3 tbsp Benny’s Hot Sauce
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt, to taste
• 10 slices bacon, cut in half

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Slice jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, Benny’s Hot Sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed.
6. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 22–28 minutes, flipping halfway, until bacon is crispy.
