📣2026 PYO Apples 🍎Opening weekend will now be happening THIS WEEKEND (8/29 & 8/30)
We took a bite of our Macs this week and they were ready… crispy, juicy and tart… so we are going to open our apple 🍎 orchard.
We will also reopen our 🍑peach orchard this weekend too!

It’ll be a beautiful weekend on the farm ☀️

This week we are giving you a “Produce Preview” of our 2026 Peaches and Nectarines 🍑

🍑We grow Yellow Freestone varieties of both Peaches and Nectarines that typically ripen in mid-late August🍑

💡PICKING TIPS: When picking be sure to carefully LIFT the peach with the palm of your hand and gently TWIST the peach off the branch…
- If it comes off easily it is RIPE
- If not then it is not ripe and we suggest to move to another fruit

❓WHY❓The “LIFT & TWIST”technique decreases the likelihood of fingerprint bruises on your fruit when you get home. 😊

OPENING UPDATE: Due to the above average warm temperatures 🔥☀️ over the last few weeks our 🍑 peaches are ripening earlier than initially thought…

Therefore we will OPEN for Pick-Your-Own Peaches this weekend only August 15th &16th!!
The 🥧 Bakery, 🛒Farm Market and 🍦Ice Cream shoppe will be open too!!

We spent the last few weeks planting 🪏nearly 1500 new baby Christmas trees 🌲 🌲. You’ll notice some are in new locations as we have had to get a little creative with crop rotation.
✨May they all grow into stunning trees for you to enjoy during the Holidays in 8 to 10 years 🎄 🎄

With all the warm weather and ☀️ this past week, our Apple 🍎 and Peach 🍑 trees exponentially grew…. So we are officially in 🌸FULL 🌸 BLOOM 🌸!!!

It’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL out there!! 😍

This is earlier than usual… so here’s to hoping we don’t have any 🚫🥶freezing temps between now and Memorial Day🇺🇸 !! 🤞
