Last night was one of my all time favorite farm to table events so far: the weather held for safe travel, the moody clouds made it extra cozy, and the sun appeared just in time for sunset. A wedding anniversary was celebrated, there was a ton of conversation and laughter between friends old and new, and guests hung out long after the dinner was finished to visit and enjoy each other’s company. ❤️

There are only two chances left to attend in 2026 and they are both already half full! Don’t miss out!

As I was harvesting vegetables for the last dinner, I realized that these dinners aren't only, "This is what is in season, I hope you enjoy this meal." The greens I was harvesting were grown specifically for last week's salad, the menu planned in December, seeds ordered in January, and planted in March. They were weeded every week, watered every other day, and covered against the unexpected cold nights. When you attend one of these dinners it is me saying, "I grew this especially for you, for this night, to enjoy in the company of loved ones." There are two chances to join us next month! ❤️
