Grab your favorite flannel, round up your family and friends, and spend a fall afternoon supporting amazing local small businesses at Riverside Plaza— home to Fox Republic Brewing and Foxes Den Meadery!

This year, we’re making one of our most-loved markets even bigger! 🎉 Thanks to the overwhelming response year after year, we’ve expanded from the lawn into the parking lot, bringing you more vendors, more shopping, and even more reasons to spend your Sunday funday with us! 🙌🏻

🍻🍷 Sip: Craft b**r, w**e, spirits, ready-to-drink cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and handcrafted meads.
🛍️ Shop: Local small businesses offering their handcrafted/sourced goods— fresh breads, houseplants, woodwork, houseplants, jewelry, pickled goods, hot sauce, crochet, and more!

🍯 A LITTLE HEADS UP BEFORE YOU MAKE THE TREK! 🍯

We only have THREE meads available today, but the good news is that we have all three available to go if you want to stock up! We will have a fresh restock of product next weekend! 🍾🦊

• CranRazz: SESH - 6% abv.
• Pure Gold - 14.7% abv.
• Keys to Paradise - 14.4% abv.

We don’t want anyone making the trip out here only to be disappointed, so we wanted to give everyone a heads up. But the three we do have are delicious! ❤️

That being said… it is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day to grab a glass of mead and relax on the patio overlooking the Fox River! ☀️🌊🍯

🍯 WHAT. A. DAY. 🍯 - 🚫 CLOSED TONIGHT 🚫

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and tried our meads today at the Morton Arboretum C***r & Ale Festival! 🌳🍻

We were incredibly honored to be the sole VIP pour for the event, and we had an absolute blast pouring for everyone who stopped by the Foxes Den booth.

And get this… 75 GALLONS OF MEAD POURED! 🤯🍯

We are completely blown away by the amazing feedback, kind words, and enthusiasm you all showed for our meads. Seeing so many familiar faces and introducing new people to Foxes Den made the day incredibly special.

A huge thank you to all of the volunteers, organizers, and patrons who helped make this event such a massive success. You put on an incredible festival, and we were honored to be a part of it.

Beautiful weather, an awesome crowd, and 75 gallons of mead… we couldn’t have asked for a better day! ❤️

As for tonight… Foxes Den will be CLOSED so we can recuperate! 😂 We’re heading over to Southbank BBQ to hang out, relax, and watch The Premises absolutely rock the place. And yes, my brother is the drummer, so I may be just a little biased. 🥁🤘

Sometimes you don’t need to add a bunch of bells and whistles. Sometimes you just need really good honey.

Pure Gold is our newest traditional-style mead, crafted with beautiful wildflower blossom honey from our friends at SlowGold Honey in Plano, IL.

The result? A rich, smooth mead that lets the honey do the talking — floral, full of character, and finished with a semi-sweet, warm, lingering honey note. ✨

We’re big believers in working with other local businesses and using local ingredients whenever we can, which makes this collaboration extra special to us.

And our friends at Slow Gold have been busy! 🏆🐝 They just brought home TWO 1st Place medals from the Sandwich Fair for their Hot Honey and Dark Honey / Goldenrod!

Huge congratulations to them — well deserved! 👏

And if you love what we’re doing with their honey, just wait…

👀 Another Slow Gold collaboration is already in the works. But we’re keeping that one under wraps until Christmas. 🎄😉
