I pulled the baby backs off the smoker about 20 minutes ago. They’re really good. We have only the point left on some brisket, 10 racks, pulled pork, chicken salad, smoked Mac n cheese, coleslaw, scalloped potatoes, baked beans. Thank you for your support.

Hey folks. The Smoke Shack is going to set up on the lot at Yosemite One Stop in February. We’ll be offering great bbq, wood fired pizza and healthy alternatives. Thank you for your patience. Please go over to the Yosemite One Stop page and give us a “like” and a “share”.

Yosemite One Stop is now open. We have 2 drive thru windows and a large selection of to***co products & v**es and v**e juice such as Mr. Fog, Bad Drip, Elf Bars, Biff Bars, Air Disposables and Lost Mary.

Hey all! We will be at the Bluegrass Vintage Market at 133 N Bragg St in Perryville this weekend, Saturday from 10-4 and Sunday from 12-3 come down and get some good food!!!

Hey everyone we decided late last night to focus on our catering and holiday foods for everyone so we won’t be at the lot in Yosemite anymore until further notice.

We will keep you updated. If you have a large event you’d like us to cater dor you let us know. We are working on our holiday menu and will post it in a few days.

The holidays are coming fast. Keep in mind that we can cook your holiday meal for you and will be posting that menu soon.

Smoked turkey is to die for in case you’ve never had one. We use a brine that contains a mixture of rosemary and sage, apple and other spices.

Our smoked hams are something special too.

Hope to see you all in Yosemite today.

Good morning everyone! We have brisket, ribs and pulled pork coming off the smoker soon and will be in Yosemite today from 11-8 or until sold out.

The sides are: smoky scalloped potatoes, smoked green chili mac n cheese, smoky baked beans, and coleslaw.

Dessert is apple crisp and peach cobbler.
