Instructions

1 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red chili flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

3 tbsp butter

1 lemon (zested and juiced)

1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions
Prepare the lamb chops:

Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.

Season both sides with salt, pepper, and rosemary.

Sear the lamb chops:

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

🍝 FLAVOR-PACKED SCALLOP SPAGHETTI
INGREDIENTS:
8 oz spaghetti
8-10 large scallops
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup white wine (or chicken broth)
½ cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or basil, chopped
Lemon wedges (for serving)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook spaghetti al dente. Pat scallops dry, season, and sear in olive oil and butter until golden. Remove and set aside. Sauté garlic, deglaze with wine, and stir in cream. Simmer until thickened. Toss with spaghetti, top with scallops, and garnish with herbs. Serve with lemon wedges.

TIPS: Don’t overcrowd scallops when searing. Perfect with a glass of Chardonnay!
