When the storm rolls in, apparently everyone wants a spot on the couch! 😂 Smoke has officially decided he’s an inside goat, and we’re not sure he’s taking no for an answer!

We’re praying for protection over our families, neighbors, animals, and everyone in the path of this storm. May God wrap His arms around our communities and bring peace in the middle of the uncertainty. 🙏❤️

Stay safe, friends. From our crazy little ranch family to yours! 🐐🐴🤎

10/08/2026

Today at L&R Legacy Ranch, we’re doing everything we can to prepare for the approaching storm. Securing fences, moving equipment, stocking up on supplies, and most importantly, making sure every horse, Highland cow, goat, and animal that depends on us is as safe and protected as possible. 🌀🌪️🐴🐮🐐

But for so many of us here in the Panhandle, preparing for a hurricane brings back feelings that are hard to put into words.

Hurricane Michael left scars on our community that time doesn’t simply erase. The memories, the devastation, the uncertainty, and the fear of the unknown are still very real. Even years later, hearing another storm is headed our way can bring back an overwhelming sense of anxiety.

Our hearts and prayers are with everyone in the path of this storm. May God place His hand of protection over every home, every family, every first responder, and every animal.

From our family at L&R Legacy Ranch to yours, please prepare, stay safe, check on your neighbors, and remember that we are all in this together.

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1 🤍

🔥 WHAT A NIGHT!!! 🔥

Our very FIRST event at L&R Legacy Ranch was one for the books! 🤠✨ And let me tell y’all… the dance floor was HOT! 🔥💃🏼🕺🏼

Live music, dancing under the stars, cold drinks, good food, and even better company — this is exactly what we dreamed of when we started planning events at the ranch. 🤍

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, danced with us, supported us, and helped make our first event such a success! Seeing the ranch come alive like this was pretty special.

And this is JUST THE BEGINNING… 👀 We have so much more planned for L&R Legacy Ranch!

Who’s ready for the next one?! 🤠🔥🎶
