😂🐴 Moonie…who is 90% dog and 10% Donkey from Shrek.

He follows you everywhere, has absolutely ZERO concept of personal space, needs to be involved in every single thing happening on the ranch, and we’re pretty sure if he could talk, he would never stop. 🤣

Basically Donkey’s personality in a tiny pony body:
“Whatcha doin’?”
“Where we goin’?”
“Can I come?”
“Do you have snacks?”
“Are we best friends now?!” 😂

He may be little, but the personality is FULL SIZE. And we wouldn’t have our sweet, nosey, attention-loving Moonie any other way. 🤎🐴

Our little slice of heaven just welcomed a few more visitors! We may not have officially invited them, but these sweet deer have decided L&R Legacy Ranch is part of their neighborhood.

Every evening brings a new surprise, and we’re so thankful to share this beautiful place with God’s creatures.

Watching you on sweet Riddler has been such a joy. You have come so far, and your confidence grows with every ride.

We’re so thankful for Jolie Martin, who has taught you that riding isn’t just about being in the saddle—it’s about learning to appreciate, respect, and understand your horse. Those lessons will stay with you far beyond the arena.

And sweet Riddler… we truly believe he’s found his purpose here. His job isn’t just carrying riders—it’s helping teach little hearts patience, confidence, kindness, and the special bond between a horse and a child.

We couldn’t ask for a better partner for these kiddos. Here’s to many more lessons, smiles, and memories together. 🤍🐴🌾

✨ Moms, margaritas & memories… that’s what ranch nights are made of. 🌾🍹🤍

While the moms caught up over spicy margs, the little besties were busy making memories they’ll never forget—feeding baby goats, riding around the ranch, chasing sunsets, and soaking up every bit of farm life.

It’s more than a night out… it’s unplugging, slowing down, and making the kind of memories that last long after the summer ends.

At L&R Legacy Ranch, we’re creating a place where families can gather, kids can be kids, and everyone leaves with a full heart (and probably a new favorite baby goat 😉).

If you’ve ever met Merle, you know he’s the definition of a gentle giant. 🩶

With his calm personality and sweet nature, he’s happiest when he’s surrounded by people—especially kids. Whether it’s a scratch behind the ears, a hug, or simply following you around the pasture, Merle just wants to love and be loved.

He’s quickly become one of the biggest hearts here at L&R Legacy Ranch, reminding us every day that the biggest animals often have the gentlest souls.

We sure are thankful this big guy is part of our ranch family. 🐴🤍
