I have to give a solid shout out today to Paula Clauson Thibodeaux! Paula came to me seeking advice on revamping her food habits. She committed to a 12 week program with me. With some personal habit tweaks, some accountability, and some bloodwork results that kicked her mind into gear, she found her way and literally took off. She began looking at her food and her habits differently and realized the importance of the whole picture. Her commitment, her excitement, her dedication and her new mindset made way for a 20 # weight-loss. Not only did she lose 20 , but she now has the tools to navigate her food choices in a more balanced way giving her a new quality of life as she sets new personal goals, crushes them and finds the balance to still enjoy the foods she loves. Im so proud of Paula and the work she put in. She should be so proud of herself! Working with her has been one of the greatest experiences!
