Try this honey-lime chicken bowl on the grill this summer! 🍋🍗

Chicken Marinade
10-12 boneless chicken thighs, ⅓ cup olive oil, 1 tbsp each paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp chili flakes, 2 grated garlic cloves, 1 tbsp Carmichael's honey, black pepper, 2 limes juiced & zested

Bowls
2 cups white rice cooked in broth, ½ cup pickled onions, 4 mini cucumbers sliced, 2 avocados sliced, fresh cilantro

Honey-Lime Dressing
½ cup olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon, 1 tbsp Carmichael's honey, 1 garlic clove, 1 lime, ½ tsp chili flakes, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp cilantro

Marinate chicken 30 min to 4 hours. Grill until golden. Cook rice in broth. Whisk dressing. Build your bowl and drizzle generously 🙌
